Why You Not Plan !
Another bit of advice I would give is to plan. I knew today that I would be up and out early and the SCD being so restrictive I needed to pre cook my breakfast or I would be stuck with no food.
Breakfast On the GO
The best I could come up with today was pre cooked boiled eggs and two pre cooked burgers. It worked thought, I ate it and felt fed. That is my main goal, to not go hungry as I love my food.
Woke up today and my belly was looking flat, compared to weeks of bloating. I am , however bloated now , it is lunch time as I type , but to wake up like that made me feel a little better.
The rash is still ugly and red. Deep joy!
Lunch & Dinner
Lunch today was more chicken soup with Carrot Puree , which I am starting to enjoy more each time.
Dinner will be burgers and poached eggs today and Jelly to finish.
Chill The Hell Out
I plan to be very girly today and paint my nails, watch a chick flick and relax.
I am off work currently and whilst I hate being away , I can see that the less stress I am under the better right now.
I do not do chilling out so my new motto is “CHILL THE HELL OUT”.
Yea today I am feeling positive.
